The Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) supports plasma center operations under the guidance of the Center Manager and the Center Physician. The role requires commitment to customer service and quality, determining donor eligibility, managing donor adverse events, reviewing laboratory test results, and notifying donors of unsuitable test results. The specialist follows guidance from BioLife Medical Affairs and provides center‑level support of environmental, health, and safety (EHS).
Hourly wage range: $24.32 – $33.44. Salary commensurate with education, experience, and local wage requirements.
