National Park Medical Center in Hot Springs, AR is seeking a skilled Paramedic to respond to emergency calls, assess patients, and provide lifesaving care within scope of practice. You will work with nurses, physicians, and other clinicians to deliver rapid stabilization, medication administration, and thorough documentation in fast-paced environments.
You will participate in ongoing staff training and be a key part of maintaining unit readiness.

Paramedic Technical Certification or associate degree - Required
Current State of Arkansas Paramedic Licensure - Required
Basic Life Support (BLS) - must be obtained within the first week of orientation
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - required within 6 months of employment
Strong critical thinking, sound judgment, and ability to work independently in high‑pressure situations.
Prior experience in emergency services or acute care - Preferred
