Job summary

Cipriani & Werner P.C. in Mount Laurel, NJ is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Paralegal to join our growing team. The role emphasizes handling discovery, medical records, and expert scheduling in a busy practice.

The position requires at least 5 years of paralegal experience with medical records experience; proficiency in Office 365, ProLaw, and Excel is preferred. This is an in-person role with a comprehensive benefits package.

Salary Range: $55,000.00 To $75,000.00 Annually

The Mount Laurel Office in Mt. Laurel, NJ is looking for a Workers’ Compensation Paralegal to join our growing team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Discovery demands and responses.
• Work with medical providers and obtain medical records.
• Work with experts and schedule IMEs.
• Inspections and other expert discovery.

Position Requirements:

• At least 5 years of legal experience as a paralegal.
• Experience with summarizing medical records is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management software preferred.
• Must be a self-motivated independent thinker with excellent time management skills, strong organizational skills, and outstanding communication skills with the ability to work as a team member in a high-volume fast paced work environment.

This is an in-person position.

The salary range for this position is $55,000-$75,000 and represents C&W’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend upon a number of factors, included but not limited to experience and qualifications.
