Job summary

Qualifications

  • One year in the Junior Court Analyst title, or Bachelor's degree, or High School diploma or the equivalent with four years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing legal documents including pleadings, motions, and appeals; proofreading.
  • Serving and filing documents with courts.
  • Communicating with courts and outside agencies concerning filing procedures, fees, and obtaining certified documents and transcripts.
  • Serving as the primary liaison to Committee members.
  • Preparing reports on caseload statistics.
  • Assisting with budget development.
  • Ordering office supplies, preparing expense reports and payment voucher requests.
  • Scanning and maintaining electronic files.
  • Training new support staff.
  • Answering inquiries from the public and others regarding Committee policy and procedure with regard to complaints and investigations.
