Job summary

GHD is seeking a Paralegal to manage the site access agreement lifecycle across a portfolio of projects for a large client program. The role includes drafting, modifying and negotiating access agreements with landowners to enable environmental services on properties, with records maintained for compliance.

We require two+ years in a paralegal or related role and experience with real property documents; proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook is expected.

Qualifications

• Two plus years of paralegal or skilled administrative experience.
• Experience drafting/ reviewing real property documents, especially access agreements.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize across multiple clients/projects.

Responsibilities

• Draft, modify, and negotiate access agreements with third-party landowners with oversight.
• Maintain records of access agreements, including expiration dates, amendments, and insurance certificates.
• Support project managers by coordinating with internal/external stakeholders and attending meetings.
