Job Title: Probate Paralegal

LHH is seeking an experienced Probate Paralegal to join our client in handling high-volume, complex probate and trust administration in the Sarasota, FL area.

The Probate Paralegal provides expert-level support to section attorneys during probate proceedings by preparing and filing probate documents related to estate administration (petitions, motions, testamentary letters, inventories, accountings, notices); filing life insurance claims and other death benefits; contacting beneficiaries and next of kin regarding the admission of the will and other probate hearings; administering estate accounts; and assisting with the liquidation and transfer of property.
