Job summary

SalesBountyHunter in Jupiter, Florida is seeking an experienced paralegal with at least 3 years in Probate, Guardianship and Estate Planning to join a team-first, client-focused practice. The role demands meticulous organization and precise workflow management.

You will handle end-to-end probate and guardianship matters, prepare and finalize documents, draft accountings, oversee time entry and billing, and maintain confidential client communications while upholding ethical standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in estate planning, probate and guardianship paralegal work.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with office management software is a plus.
• Familiar with probate/guardianship procedures and Form Builder tools.
• Experience with Wealth Counsel or similar software preferred.
• Typing speed of at least 40 wpm and notarization of documents.
• Understanding of ethical rules governing paralegal practice and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end workflow for probate and guardianship cases.
• Prepare, proofread and finalize documents for estate planning.
• Prepare and understand complex guardianship and estate accountings.

Our client is seeking an experienced Paralegal with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Probate, Guardianship, and Estate Planning. This role is designed for a highly organized professional who thrives in a \"team-first\" culture and can manage complex legal workflows with precision and close client interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end workflow for Probate and Guardianship cases.
• Prepare, proofread, and finalize legal documents for Estate Planning.
• Prepare and understand complex guardianship and estate accountings.
• Handle daily time entry for billing and review entries for accuracy and reasonableness.
• Provide strong client service and communication in line with ethical rules (confidentiality, ethical billing, prohibition of unauthorized practice of law)
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture, assisting with office needs as required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Experience with office management software (e.g., Practice Panther) a plus
• Familiarity with Westlaw Form Builder and probate/guardianship procedures
• Experience with Wealth Counsel or similar estate planning software preferred
• Ability to type at least 40 words per minute and notarize documents
