  • Enhance Efficiency: You’ll manage multiple responsibilities at once, using your organizational skills to streamline processes, ensure accurate documentation, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Working in tandem with attorneys, paralegals, and non-legal staff, you’ll ensure that client cases are handled professionally and ethically, supporting smooth and efficient workflows.

What You’ll Do

  • Document Preparation & Filing: Draft legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings, and file them electronically or manually according to Pennsylvania filing processes.
  • Client Support: Assist clients with completing forms, maintain confidentiality, and establish a professional yet personable rapport, offering exceptional client service.
  • Administrative Duties: Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, answering phones, data entry, and calendar management. Utilize legal research tools and case management software to assist attorneys and clients effectively.
  • Collaborative Work: Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and ethical completion of case-related tasks, adhering to firm policies and procedures.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant, preferably in family law.
  • Proficiency in Pennsylvania filing processes (both electronic and manual) and legal document drafting.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities to handle a variety of case-related and administrative tasks.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated capacity for empathy and professionalism in client interactions.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a strong commitment to providing the highest level of service.
