Seeking Pro Bono Lawyer to Review Contracts for Volunteer Organization

The Association of Leaders in Volunteer Engagement (AL!VE) supports volunteer managers nationwide. We are seeking help from a licensed attorney passionate about supporting mission-driven organizations. Lend your legal expertise to AL!VE, the national professional association that empowers and elevates leaders in volunteer engagement.

We’re seeking a pro bono legal volunteer to review contracts and agreements to ensure our operations are strong, compliant, and aligned with best practices. Your contributions will directly support over 1,000 professionals who mobilize volunteers to strengthen communities across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

Review and provide feedback on contracts and MOUs (e.g., partnerships, vendors, services)

Help us ensure risk mitigation and compliance with nonprofit standards

Provide guidance on basic legal language and terms when needed

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
