Job summary

Sepulveda Sanchez Law seeks a Paralegal Manager to elevate litigation support operations in a growing personal injury firm. You will lead the paralegal and litigation support team, reinforce processes, and drive efficiency and consistency across the department.

You will develop SOPs, oversee training, and ensure quality while collaborating with attorneys and firm leadership in Los Angeles, with potential expansion to other offices.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation.
• Proven leadership of litigation teams and staff.
• Ability to develop and deliver training programs for legal staff.
• Demonstrated ability to build, document, and implement efficient workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication across legal teams and leadership.
• Preference for in-office collaboration and team-based work.

Responsibilities

• Lead paralegal and litigation support teams with coaching and accountability.
• Develop, document, and refine SOPs, workflows, and best practices across the department.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and professional development of team members.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve workflow and team performance.
• Monitor quality and consistency of work product, suggesting improvements.
• Serve as the go-to resource for litigation support questions and procedural guidance.
