Are you a Paralegal with strong knowledge of bankruptcy law, looking to make an impact in a high-profile practice? A large, nationally recognized law firm is seeking several Bankruptcy Paralegals to join its office, supporting attorneys on complex bankruptcy matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide paralegal support in bankruptcy cases, including drafting, filing, and serving pleadings in state and federal bankruptcy courts.
• Synthesize and understand local court rules across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage case calendars, deadlines, and organized files for large bankruptcy matters.
• Draft and process claims, track claim activity, and support reconciliation efforts.
• Assist attorneys with court filings and applications, along with other case-related pleadings.
• Prepare case summaries, monitor dockets, and distribute timely updates to attorneys and clients.
• Coordinate logistics, prepare materials and track deadlines relevant to case materials.
• Support attorneys and clients with communication, legal research, and case preparation.
• Track billable hours and assist with billing-related documentation.
