Job summary

Qualifications
- College degree and/or Paralegal certificate preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.
- Strong knowledge of NY Bodily Injury litigation.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
- Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook; able to multi-task.
Responsibilities
- Draft BI pleadings, discovery demands, and motions.
- Prepare BI arbitration submissions and NOI/jury demands.
- Support attorneys with summary judgment materials and affidavits.
- Perform legal research on personal injury litigation.
- Assist with trial materials and witness coordination.
