Job summary

Manpower, a leading organization in the education sector, seeks a Jr. Paralegal to support the Litigation Department by managing complex case documentation and compliance processes.

The ideal candidate has a paralegal certification and 4–5 years of litigation, eDiscovery, or employment law experience, strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and meticulous attention to detail. This 10-month role offers a hybrid schedule with 1–2 days in office, 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Paralegal Certification is required.
• 4–5 years in a firm performing litigation, eDiscovery, and/or employment law.
• Strong Adobe Acrobat knowledge including Bates numbering and redaction.

Responsibilities

• Review and redact records for public records requests and subpoenas.
• Develop and maintain detailed tracking charts for dates, custodians, and attorneys.
• Organize large-scale document productions and report on case statuses.
• Communicate with clients to gather records and provide progress updates.
• Utilize Adobe Acrobat for Bates numbering, redactions, and document organization.
