Frost Echols, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented paralegal to provide administrative, litigation, and research support to attorneys across multiple states. The role is based in one of our office locations and requires handling a high volume of cases in a fast-paced environment.

Key duties include filing in state and federal courts, drafting letters and pleadings, assisting with discovery, and maintaining meticulous case files and calendars.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Paralegal certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with filing in state and federal courts across the country.
• Maintain detailed organization of and support for a high volume of cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Draft documents including letters, complaints, pleadings, and motions.
• Serve as communication liaison between the assigned attorneys, clients, and opposing counsel.
• Understand and assist with all aspects of discovery in both state and federal courts.
• Compose reports for lawyers regarding various aspects of a case.
