• Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, with an emphasis on discovery and trial preparation.
• Assist with pleadings, discovery requests and responses, records authorizations, memoranda, and other litigation documents.
• Review and analyze medical records, prepare summaries, and help identify relevant providers and information.
• Coordinate discovery activities, including depositions, document organization and production, privilege logs, and filings.
• Assist with trial preparation and attendance, including organizing evidence, preparing exhibits, coordinating witnesses, and ensuring trial materials are ready.
• Conduct factual research and investigations to support litigation strategy and trial-related issues.
• Maintain organized case information using legal databases, case management systems, and electronic document platforms.
• Conduct legal research using LEXIS, Westlaw, PACER, and other online research resources.
• Support e-discovery activities involving the collection, review, organization, and production of electronically stored information.
• Maintain effective communication with attorneys, clients, witnesses, and other parties while managing confidential information appropriately.
