Harmony Homes is seeking an experienced Litigation, Corporate & Real Estate Paralegal to support our in‑house legal team in Las Vegas, NV. The role prioritizes managing active matters, deadlines, discovery, filings, and outside-counsel coordination while also handling corporate governance, contracts, and real estate transactions.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years of substantive paralegal experience, with civil/commercial litigation focus.
• Experience with corporate records, real estate, contracts or transactional matters preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and deadline-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain litigation master files, calendars, and discovery schedules.
• Draft pleadings, notices, discovery requests, subpoenas, and other documents for attorney review.
• File and serve documents in state and federal courts; monitor filing rules and follow-up requirements.
• Coordinate with outside counsel, courts, vendors, and internal stakeholders; manage document preservation and e-discovery.
