LHH Recruitment is partnering with a well-established AM law firm to hire an experienced Litigation Paralegal in a primarily onsite role. You will own and support cases through the full litigation lifecycle, working closely with attorneys and handling federal and state e-filing and discovery tasks.

The role offers potential for one remote day per week after probation, and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience within a law firm
• Experience with complex commercial litigation is strongly preferred
• Hands-on experience with ECF, PACER, Westlaw, Relativity and Microsoft Office
• Strong knowledge of court procedures, calendaring, filing requirements, and document management
• Paralegal certificate preferred or associate/bachelor's degree in a related field

• Support attorneys with general and complex commercial litigation matters
• Manage cases from inception through resolution, including organizing files, tracking deadlines, and maintaining case calendars
• Prepare and assist with pleadings, motions, notices, discovery, and other litigation documents
• Handle federal and state court e-filing, including ECF
• Conduct case and docket research using PACER and Westlaw
• Manage large volumes of case documents and electronic discovery using Relativity and other eDiscovery platforms
• Proactively monitor deadlines and keep matters moving with limited supervision
• Assist with case preparation and other substantive paralegal responsibilities throughout the litigation process

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned paralegal who enjoys taking ownership of cases, working closely with attorneys, and supporting matters throughout the full litigation lifecycle.

What You’ll Do:

• Support attorneys with general and complex commercial litigation matters

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with complex commercial litigation strongly preferred
• Hands-on experience with ECF, PACER, Westlaw, Relativity, and Microsoft Office
• Strong knowledge of court procedures, calendaring, filing requirements, and document management
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of assignments
• Ability to learn new legal technology and software quickly
• Flexibility to work overtime when case needs require it
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred, although relevant experience may be considered in place of education
