Qualifications

• At least 5 years of personal injury paralegal or secretarial experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in all aspects of personal injury cases.
• Manage and organize case files.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
• Prepare discovery requests and responses, letters, and requests for documents (including medical records).
• Schedule and coordinate depositions, mediations, court appearances, and client meetings.
• Perform other related responsibilities as necessary.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Basic accounting skills
• At least 5 years of personal injury secretarial or paralegal experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe
• Passionate about helping others and dedicated to excellence
