Seyfarth Shaw LLP in Seattle is seeking a Paralegal to support Labor and Employment practice groups. You will assist with discovery, document management, and trial preparation, coordinating with attorneys to organize exhibits and witness materials.
The ideal candidate has 2–5 years paralegal experience in a fast-paced law firm, familiarity with Relativity and other e-discovery tools, and strong writing and communication skills.

As a Paralegal, you will work closely with practice group attorneys to serve clients in multiple functions within our Labor and Employment department.

The salary range for this role is $69,000 to $88,000 annually, which is based on a 40-hour work week. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Seattle. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for an annual merit increase and bonus pay.
