Strategic Recruitment Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Insurance Defense Paralegal in Tampa to support attorneys in civil defense litigation, including trucking, premises liability, personal injury, and products liability.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a high-volume caseload in state and federal courts. Qualifications include 3–5+ years of litigation paralegal experience (insurance defense preferred), ABA-approved certificate preferred, and

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of litigation paralegal experience (insurance defense preferred).
• Paralegal certificate from ABA-approved program preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage case files and document production.
• Draft and respond to discovery (interrogatories, requests for production, admissions).
• Prepare medical chronologies and summaries.
• Coordinate with experts, witnesses, and investigators.
• Assist with trial preparation, including trial notebooks and exhibit lists.
• Attend depositions, mediations, and trials as needed; maintain document databases and case management systems.
• Prepare demonstrative aids and PowerPoint presentations for mediation/trial.
• Ensure all litigation and court deadlines are met.
