Erickson Immigration Group seeks a Paralegal II (IV) to handle a high-volume caseload in a fully remote capacity. You will prepare and file employment-based immigrant visa petitions with supporting documentation, including PERM and I-140/I-485/I-131 filings, under attorney guidance.

Key tasks include drafting PERM audit responses, organizing client records, and maintaining strong client and attorney communication. Strong English, multitasking, and team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional paralegal experience preparing employment-based immigrant visas.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy in document preparation.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication to support clients and attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file petitions and applications for business immigrant visas with supporting docs.
• Draft PERM Labor Certification audit responses and RFEs for USCIS filings.
• Compile case facts, draft correspondence, and organize client documentation.
• Maintain contact with attorneys, foreign national clients, and mobility managers.

Paralegal II (IV)Erickson Immigration Group has a career opportunity for a Paralegal II (IV) to join our expanding team in a fully remote capacity.
