Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited paralegal program and two years of paralegal experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree plus two years of substantive paralegal experience.
  • High school or GED with six years of paralegal experience performing substantive legal work.

Responsibilities

  • Draft complex legal documents and perform document preparation.
  • Conduct legal research into complex issues without precedents.
  • Provide litigation support and case management; assist with data entry and organizational tasks.
  • Schedule witnesses and organize supporting documents, exhibits, and affidavits.
