3. Preparing state court filings by mail, including creating transmittal letters, printing documents, obtaining signatures, and organizing copies.
4. Creating case timelines, which are essential for case management and attorney reference.
5. Preparing trial and hearing binders with exhibits and exhibit lists, following detailed procedures.
6. Conducting legal research to support cases and expanding the firm’s legal resources database.

Qualifications:

• Paralegal Certification in NC.
• At least three years of experience as a NC certified paralegal.
