Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. seeks an experienced paralegal to support the Staff Judge Advocate and Force Paralegal at NMFDC. The role focuses on legal research, case management, FOIA/Privacy Act processing, and support for NJP, Mast, and investigative tasks in a Navy environment.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of paralegal experience (military or federal preferred) and an associate or bachelor’s in paralegal studies with a certificate. Familiarity with UCMJ, MCM, JAGMAN, and DoD regs is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years professional paralegal experience (military or federal preferred).
• Associate’s or bachelor’s in paralegal studies with a paralegal certificate is preferred.
• Knowledge of UCMJ, MCM, JAGMAN, and DoD administrative regulations, preferred.
• Experience handling CUI or classified materials, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft memos, briefs, and correspondence.
• Maintain electronic and physical legal records; update daily case tracker.
• Process FOIA/Privacy Act requests and prepare administrative separation packages.
• Support command-directed investigations and coordinate with NCIS and other agencies.
• Assist with NJP preparation, Article 31(b) rights advisement, and Mast documentation.
• Serve as Victim Witness Assistance Program (VWAP) Manager and provide required training.
