Job summary

Air Force Legal Operations Agency seeks a senior legal staff specialist to advise Air Force leadership on post-trial processes of DoD courts-martial. You will apply thorough knowledge of ABA rules and DoD/AF regulations, coordinate with Secretariat and Air Staff, and oversee records management and disclosure considerations, including FOIA and MREs, using MS Office and AMJAMS.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for drafting opinions, briefs, and responses; experience

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of ABA's Uniform Rules of Professional Responsibility and Conduct, and Force's rules.
• Comprehensive understanding of DoD/AF regulations, directives, and admin instructions on military justice.
• Knowledge of AF organization, structure, programs, and coordination requirements.
• Experience with records management and long-term storage procedures; proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, and Adobe Pro.
• Familiarity with digitization processes and long-term storage of digital media; ability to express ideas clearly both verbally and in writing.
