• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, legal research tools, and case management software.

Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents and pleadings, ensuring compliance with court requirements.
• Organize and maintain electronic case files and track deadlines.
• Coordinate case records collection with dealerships nationwide and prepare subpoenas when needed.
• Conduct basic legal research and assist in preparing case summaries and evidence.
