Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Detail-oriented, able to thrive under pressure and produce high-quality deliverables.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of governance, contract management, and legal research techniques.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; contract management software familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Legal Department in litigation, claims, and risk management.
• Maintain case and claim files and correspondence records.
• Coordinate discovery responses with attorneys and stakeholders.
• Schedule witness interviews with employees and counsel.
• Handle service of process and legal notices.
• Gather responsive documents for subpoenas and record requests.
• Manage legal department document management, calendars, and presentations.
• Assist in preparing materials for meetings.
• Coordinate events and maintain confidentiality.
