Qualifikationen

• At least three years’ experience working at a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance, contract management, and legal research techniques.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; experience with contract management software.

Aufgaben

• Provide support to the Legal Department in litigation, claims, and risk management.
• Maintain case/claim files and correspondence records.
• Coordinate gathering of information and evidence for discovery responses.
• Coordinate scheduling for witness interviews with employees and internal/external counsel.
• Handle service of process and respond to subpoenas or record requests.
