Carta is seeking a Junior Paralegal to support the Funds practice in the Americas. You will rotate across or specialise within funds-related work, assisting with investor onboarding, KYC, and high-volume legal tasks alongside lawyers and senior paralegals.
We value eagerness to learn, organization, and clear communication. An undergraduate Law degree or equivalent is preferred, with opportunities to grow toward SQE qualification in a fast-paced setting in Sandy, Utah.

You will be joining our Funds team in the America’s under Carta Law. Carta Law is the largest AI‑native law firm for private capital, born from the combination of Avantia Law and Carta.
