Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor defendant’s compliance with the Diversion Program and draft motions for review.
• ,
• Assist attorneys with trial prep including evidence review and witness interviews.
• ,
• Draft responses to motions, appeals and special actions; prepare pleadings.
• ,
• Schedule defense interviews and assist with deposition motions.
• Prepare and monitor cases referred for charging.
• Update disclosures and respond to discovery in a timely manner.
• Interface with DPS and ACJIS; provide training and certification.
