Intelligence Federal is seeking a Paralegal with an active federal clearance to support a federal government agency with national security work. This is a full-time onsite role in Washington, DC, requiring eligibility for a Top Secret/SCI clearance and US citizenship.

The position demands a bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of paralegal or national security experience, with proficiency in Lexis/Westlaw and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years of paralegal or national security analysis experience.
• Experience with federal or state legal entities preferred, but not required.
• Working knowledge of Lexis and Westlaw.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe PDF.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work well in groups handling large volumes of work and independently.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage documents and other investigative, litigation, or case-related materials.
• Liaise with Litigation Support Services and data management with respect to uploading, organizing, filtering, reviewing, and transferring or producing documents and electronically stored information.
• Perform document review in eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity and Everlaw.
• Assist in trial preparation including scheduling interviews, hearings, witnesses, depositions, and other related discussions.
• Assist with research, writing, and related tasks such as creating first drafts of documents such as memos, subpoenas, and discovery letters.
