Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate/degree preferred but not required.
• 1–5+ years of experience in the legal field.

Responsibilities

• Case management: organize files, calendars, deadlines, and communicate with clients and opposing parties.
• Scheduling: maintain attorney calendars and court appearance dates.
• Legal documentation: draft summaries and legal documents, obtain medical records, compile billing summaries.
• Trial prep: assist with trial prep including exhibits.
