$50,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

Our client is a growing full-service law firm dedicated to delivering quality legal counsel and personalized service. They are currently seeking a Paralegal to join their Family Law/Matrimonial Department in Brooklyn.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare legal documents including motions, pleadings, and discovery packages
• Assist attorneys during trials and prepare trial notebooks
• Communicate with clients and coordinate meetings
• Maintain detailed calendars, schedule appointments, and track court deadlines
• File documents, including e-filing in Family and State Courts
• Organize financial records and assist in legal research
• Perform administrative duties and support other office tasks as needed

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Matrimonial and or Family Law
• Familiarity with legal procedures, especially in Family Law
• Proficiency in MS Office, Westlaw, and ProLaw
• Strong communication, organization, and client service skills
• Paralegal certificate preferred
