Responsibilities

• Onboard, mentor, and guide newer team members when called upon.
• Keep a steady hand on AMC Networks accounts when volume spikes.
• Carry general knowledge that doesn't live in any wiki yet.
• Absorb context fast and start contributing sooner.
• Support daily operations at our Rockford site and keep workflows moving.
• Push back, respectfully, when an Employment Law shortcut will cost us later.
