Qualifications

• Two years litigation experience required.
• Asbestos experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong oral and written communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience with electronic court filings.
• Ability to prioritize workflow and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Provide attorneys and paralegals with assistance in managing data and case organization.
• Manage, organize, store and analyze data while upholding security standards.
• Review data for inconsistencies or anomalies that could skew results.
• Maintain database and communicate data changes to team.
• Download and save documents into NetDocs.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned.
• Learn and implement new AI tools as needed.
• Meet a billable requirement of 1000 hours.
