Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is a full-service litigation and business law firm seeking a Paralegal Assistant - Data Manager. The role may be filled remotely, at The Link virtual office, or in any firm office location.

You will support attorneys and paralegals by managing data, organizing cases, and maintaining databases and NetDocs, while embracing legal AI learning and meeting a 1000-hour billable target. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of litigation experience required.
• Proficiency with electronic court filings.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide attorneys and paralegals with data management support and case organization.
• Manage, organize, store and analyze data while upholding security standards.
• Review data for inconsistencies or anomalies that could skew results.
• Maintain the database and document management systems (NetDocs).
• Communicate data changes and requirements to team members.
• Learn and implement legal AI tools when needed.
• Meet a billable requirement of 1000 hours.
