Considine Search in Los Angeles is seeking a Paralegal-Corporate to support attorneys and supervise paralegals in corporate matters. This position involves preparing and organizing crucial documents for organizational governance and financing.

Los Angeles (Century City), CA. The Paralegal- Corporate, ECG is an integral part of the firm’s Professional and Paralegal team. This role will be responsible for providing substantive support to attorneys and supervising paralegals in the management of emerging company, venture capital financing, and other corporate matters, while executing substantive legal and procedural tasks in support of emerging company, venture capital financing, and general corporate matters, taking ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables. This role will be located in their Los Angeles office in Century City. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

Salary: $80,000.00-$150,000.00, plus overtime and bonus
