$100,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr

• Assist with corporate transaction tasks
• Draft legal documents, edit, and compare versions
• Maintain corporate and stock records
• Assist with legal research and analysis
• Create and manage entity formation paperwork
• Prepare SEC, Blue Sky, and UCC filings
• Salary Range: $100-180k annually, based on experience
• Excellent benefits package includes medical, dental, vision coverage and generous PTO!

Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a Paralegal, with a focus on corporate transactions and Blue Sky laws
• Must have experience with technology corporations
• Top-notch legal writing and proofreading skills
