A dynamic professional services firm in Denver is seeking a Paralegal to manage legal and contract-related matters. This position offers a hybrid work model and requires strong skills in contract lifecycle management and independent legal resource capabilities. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience and a paralegal certification. Responsibilities include overseeing all contract-related activities, revising legal documents, and collaborating with external legal counsel. Competitive salary offered within the range of $80,000 to $95,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Paralegal.
• Experience working with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems.
• Proven ability to operate independently as a standalone legal resource.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the internal point of contact for legal and contract-related matters.
• Manage contracts throughout the full lifecycle, including renewals and tracking.
• Review, revise, and redline NDAs, partner agreements, SLAs, and standard contracts.
• Maintain and organize contract and legal documentation systems.
• Support updates to privacy policies, disclaimers, and compliance materials.
