Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of legal assistant or paralegal experience preferred.
• Ability to prepare motion and discovery shells.
• Experience with complex defense litigation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support complex civil litigation practice in Denver office.
• Coordinate depositions and trials.
• Assist preparation of trial/mediation/arbitration documents.

Skills

Legal Assistant or Paralegal experience

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Excellent technology skills

Well-developed time management and organizational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel)

Knowledge of manipulation and editing of PDF documents using Acrobat Adobe
