Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support in reviewing and negotiating investment management agreements.
• Manage the lifecycle of intermediary mutual fund distribution contracts.
• Prepare and review a variety of mutual fund and alternative fund distribution agreements.
• Assist with SMA relationship and contract management.

Skills

Experience in the mutual fund or broader financial services industry

Direct experience with contract review and negotiation

Previous experience working as a paralegal

Advanced computer skills, including strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Education
