Farnsworth Group, Inc. is seeking a Paralegal to provide legal and administrative support to the General Counsel across contract, claims, insurance, corporate, and other legal matters.

Posting locations include Champaign, IL and multiple sites nationwide. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certificate, 10–15 years of paralegal experience, and at least 5 years supporting an architecture, engineering, construction, or other professional-services organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certificate required.
• 10–15 years paralegal or closely related experience.
• Minimum 5 years supporting architecture/engineering/construction or professional-services org.

Responsibilities

• Manage the contract lifecycle from intake to filing and maintenance of all agreements.
• Maintain the contract-management system and ensure documents are accurate and accessible.
• Assist with reviewing, revising, and redlining contracts and related documents.
• Support claims, professional-services, and construction-related claims with organized files and records.
• Track and maintain insurance policies, certificates, and endorsements.
