Qualifications

  • High School Diploma; Paralegal associate degree or relevant certification preferred.
  • At least two years of relevant Work Comp experience preferred.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Workers Compensation Case Manager/Paralegal

SALARY: Competitive salary commensurate with experience

REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma; Paralegal associate degree or other relevant certification and/or at least two (2) years of relevant Work Comp experience preferred

Job Overview: As a Workers Compensation Paralegal, we encourage our team to communicate ideas, perspectives, and experiences while striving to improve each day. This role supports our Attorneys in reaching satisfactory resolutions for our clients’ claims.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Managing high-volume personal injury caseloads through the work comp claim process
  • Obtaining and reviewing medical records, wage information, employee records, and documents from the client’s adjuster
  • Monitoring the progression of each claim
  • Maintaining case files
  • Drafting correspondence
