This newly created position sits within our Law and Compliance Department, supporting a fast‑paced legal team that operates across a complex insurance enterprise with many legal entities. As a Paralegal, you will partner closely with our attorneys on board meeting preparation, legal entity management, and the insurance regulatory and statutory corporate filings that keep our businesses in good standing across every jurisdiction we operate in.
You will work at the intersection of corporate governance, insurance regulation, and transactional support. That includes drafting board materials and resolutions, preparing holding company act filings and statutory insurance schedules, maintaining the digital records behind our director and officer appointments, and supporting M&A diligence and closings as we continue to grow. Your work will directly enable senior leaders, board members, and regulators to make informed decisions with confidence.
