Overview: Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Litigation & IP Paralegal to join their dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in litigation and intellectual property law, along with exceptional organizational and research skills. Experience: The Interim Commercial Litigation & IP Paralegal will play a key role in supporting attorneys by managing essential litigation and intellectual property tasks. This position ensures seamless case management, adherence to court procedures, and effective coordination of legal processes in a dynamic environment

Location: Remote

Responsibilities Include:

• Assist attorneys in all stages of labor and employment litigation, including case preparation, document organization, and trial support.
• Prepare, format, and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and correspondence.
• Manage and track case deadlines and court calendars to ensure timely compliance with procedural rules.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel to gather information and coordinate case details.

Qualifications Include:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 7 years of paralegal experience in commercial litigation, with a strong emphasis on intellectual property matters.

Pay Range: The hourly rate for this position is $50-60/hr based on applicable experience.
