Job summary

Lume Search Partners represents a private family office seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its Sunrise, Florida team. The role requires taking ownership of a broad range of legal matters across healthcare and insurance interests, with attorneys, documents, deadlines, and projects moving forward.

You will draft, organize, and maintain legal documents and agreements, assist with contract review and due diligence, track deadlines, coordinate with outside counsel, and maintain accurate files.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting legal teams across multiple matters.
• Ability to organize and maintain legal documents and correspondence.
• Strong drafting and editing skills for agreements and notices.

• Support attorneys with a broad range of legal matters across the family office and its healthcare and insurance businesses
• Draft, organize, and maintain legal documents, agreements, and correspondence
