You will manage case files, draft discovery, coordinate depositions, and maintain deadlines while communicating with clients and opposing counsel; the role requires the ability to bill 120 hours per month.

• Strong writing, organization, and communication skills
• Must be able to bill 120 hours per month (required)

• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel
• Summarize medical records, depositions, and discovery
• Prepare client reports and case updates
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, and filings
• Maintain calendars and ensure all deadlines are met
