Job summary

The Law Offices of Christian Schank and Associates, APC. in San Jose, CA, seeks an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our Riverside team. You'll work closely with our attorneys, preparing pleadings, judicial council forms, briefs, and discovery while managing calendars and hearings.

Ideal candidates have at least three years' experience as a family law paralegal and a valid Paralegal Certificate. Strong writing skills and ability to multitask are essential.

We are looking for an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our Riverside team! The selected candidate will join our team of prestigious paralegals in our positive, forward-thinking environment and work closely with our attorneys, who are well-known in the community and highly respected by their peers, the bench, and the bar.

Ability to multitask, be familiar with Local Rules of Court, be proficient in preparing legal pleadings, judicial council forms, correspondence, briefs, possess excellent writing skills, maintain calendaring policy, propound and respond to discovery, meet and exceed deadlines, schedule hearings, events, and depositions, prepare files for hearings and trials, and immediately maintain a caseload.

Ideal candidate has a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience as a family law Paralegal

Must hold a valid Paralegal Certificate

Compensation

$30 - $45 hourly
