Job summary

Holstrom, Block & Parke in Corona seeks an experienced, full-time Family Law Paralegal to lead cases from intake through trial. You will draft forms, pleadings, discovery and correspondence, and manage trial notebooks and exhibits.

You’ll maintain strong client communication and monitor case status throughout the matter. The ideal candidate has an ABA‑approved paralegal certificate or qualifies under the Business & Professions Code, plus a track record of handling a large caseload with excellent

Responsibilities

• Lead cases from intake through trial, coordinating all phases of litigation.
• Maintain client relationships and keep them informed of case status.
• Draft forms, pleadings, briefs, discovery and correspondence.
• Prepare for trials, MSCs and hearings, including trial notebooks and exhibits.
• Collaborate with attorneys to support litigation deadlines.

Holstrom, Block & Parke, an established and growing family law firm, with offices located throughout Southern California, is seeking an experienced, full-time Family Law Paralegal for our Corona office.

Job Type

Full-time

As a paralegal at our firm, you will take the lead and proactively manage cases from beginning to end, establish relationships with clients and keep them informed of case status, draft forms, pleadings, briefs, discovery and correspondence and write effective declarations. You will also prepare for trials, MSC's and hearings, including preparation of trial notebooks and exhibit binders. Most importantly, you will have the opportunity to help others during one of the most difficult and significant times of their lives.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Strong research, writing, analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent planning, prioritization, and time management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Experience handling a large caseload and managing multiple projects
• A paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program or otherwise qualified under Business & Professional Code
