Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of civil litigation experience; transportation and/or personal injury preferred.
• Strong understanding of civil procedure, court procedures, and legal terminology.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• Proficiency with legal software such as iManage, Compulaw, Forms Workflow, Westlaw, or comparable platforms.
